Kalpana Pot is an actor, science communicator, author, and content creator whose passion for making astronomy accessible has earned her an audience of more than 700,000 followers across social media platforms. She has collaborated with many organizations and brands including NASA, Disney, Apple TV, Amazon, Warner Bros., and has appeared at major science and entertainment events across the country, as well as in numerous television shows and national commercials.

When she is not creating science content, she can usually be found writing television comedies, spoiling her senior dogs, or sharing her love of astronomy with visitors at the world-famous Griffith Observatory. Kalpana has a degree in communications, and is currently pursuing her second degree in astronomical & planetary sciences.
